Hello, my name is Yvonne Samaniego and have been a proud Mustang for 18 years!
I was a bilingual elementary teacher for 8 years then the elementary principal for another 8 years. Currently I am the Director of Curriculum & Instruction, Bilingual/ESL, and Federal Programs. It is a joy to be able to get to work and do what I like best... teach!

I am also a proud Miner having received my bachelors & masters degrees from UTEP.  I am currently pursuing my doctorates degree. GO MINERS!

My name is Gloria L. Galindo and I have had the privilege of being a part of Fort Hancock ISD since 1998. I started off as an Instructional Assistant and then became an elementary teacher. After spending a few years teaching second grade, I became the District Librarian, I was excited to expand my role at Fort Hancock ISD, as Curriculum and Instruction and District Testing Coordinator. Together with a team of dedicated and amazing teachers, I am committed to providing your children with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
